MICROYOU - Indian Music & Yoga

with Shivkumar & Ananda

2010

The system we are teaching helps you to increase concentration, breathing,  strength of mind and body, it makes you aware of rhythm and music, bringing rhythm and creativity in your everyday life. Indian Music has deep spiritual roots coming from the ancient scriptures (Vedas). Singing is recognized for bringing joy and peace to everyone. If you learn the technique of singing you will realize your potential in the music field. It is precious to be guided by a good master into the old traditional methods of Indian music. Thus, it is a great opportunity to have this intense program with  Pandit Shivkumar coming from Bombay India to illustrate this method through theory and practice.

The several paths of yoga you will discover with Ananda - from Hatha-Yoga (postural yoga) to Raja Yoga, Laughing Yoga (path of joy) and mainly Karma Yoga (yoga of service that will be present throughout your stay) will bring strength to your body and make you know yourself in the physical and spiritual dimensions. The journey within yourself is a wonderful experience and the presence of nature, elements (earth, air, water and sun) in this beautiful land will help you to find balance and harmony within.
